    * 1. Bookings and payments shall be made at Air Philippines’ Ticket Office or at its General Sales Agents.
      2. Discount shall be given only to the passenger whose name appears on the Liwanag Card. A valid ID card with picture of the cardholder must be presented in addition to the Liwanag Card.
      3. If the cardholder sends a representative, an authorization letter and valid ID card (with picture and signature) of the cardholder AND the representative must be presented together with the Liwanag Card.
